Make a statement with Electric City, a high-voltage neon yellow shimmer originally launched in 2019 as part of the Summer Pop Collection. This reissued shade features the original pigments on an updated basecoat, resulting in a subtle tone variation compared to the original shade.
NOTE: Due to color fading when exposed to light, neon nail strips are packaged with an opaque cover slip. We recommend storing in a cool, dark place with the slip in place and the packaging window completely covered.
